Brush365 Dental Membership Plan at Mint Hill Smiles - No Insurance Needed in Mint Hill NC

Brush365 Dental Membership Plan · Mint Hill, NC

If you have been putting off going to the dentist because you do not have insurance and you are not sure how you would pay for it, this page is for you.

We created Brush365 because we kept watching the same thing happen: patients who genuinely wanted to take care of their oral health were skipping appointments, sometimes for years, because the cost of dental care without insurance felt unpredictable and overwhelming. They were not irresponsible. They were not careless. They were working adults and families who had been priced out of a system that was not designed with them in mind.

We decided to build something better. Something transparent, affordable, and actually useful.

Dental Membership Plan Mint Hill NC
The Reality

What Brush365 Is

Brush365 is our in-house dental membership plan. It is not insurance. That distinction matters and we want to be clear about it.

Traditional dental insurance involves monthly or annual premiums paid to a third party who then decides, based on their own criteria, how much of your treatment they will cover, when you can use it, and what qualifies. Annual maximums limit what they will pay in a calendar year. Waiting periods prevent you from using benefits right away. Coverage decisions are made by people who have never seen inside your mouth. And the premiums you pay often add up to more than the coverage you actually receive.

Brush365 removes the middleman entirely. You pay us directly. We tell you exactly what is included and what it costs. There are no claims to file, no approvals to wait for, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods.

What Is Included

We offer two tiers based on your dental health history.

The Healthy Plan — $99 to start, then $25 per month

This plan is for patients who have never had gum disease or who have healthy gums confirmed at their evaluation. It includes two preventive cleanings per year, two doctor exams, all necessary X-rays, one emergency visit, and 15% off any additional treatment we recommend. The 15% discount applies to fillings, crowns, root canals, nightguards, whitening, and more. The only exceptions are orthodontic treatment and implants.

The Gum Management Plan — $99 to start, then $40 per month

This plan is for patients who have had gum disease in the past and are now in a stable maintenance phase. Because we know that the bacteria responsible for gum disease reestablish approximately every twelve weeks, patients in this category need more frequent professional care to keep the infection from reactivating. This plan includes three to four gum management visits per year, two doctor exams, all necessary X-rays, one emergency visit, and the same 15% discount on all additional treatment.

Both plans auto-renew annually. You can cancel by calling us at any time.

The Math That Actually Matters

We want to show you what Brush365 costs in real terms so you can make a fully informed decision.

For a patient on the Healthy Plan, the annual investment is $99 at the first appointment plus $25 per month for twelve months — a total of $399 for the year. What does $399 get you outside of Brush365 at a typical dental practice? A new patient comprehensive exam and full set of X-rays alone can run $250 to $400 at many offices. A single cleaning on top of that easily brings the total to $400 or more for one visit, without a second cleaning, without an emergency visit, and without any discount on additional treatment.

With Brush365 that $399 covers two cleanings, two exams, all your X-rays, and an emergency visit. Plus every restoration or treatment we recommend is automatically 15% less expensive. For patients who need any restorative work at all, the membership pays for itself quickly.

For patients on the Gum Management Plan, the math is similarly straightforward. Four gum management visits per year would cost significantly more than $579 ($99 plus $40 per month for twelve months) if priced individually, and the 15% discount on any restorative treatment beyond that adds additional value at every appointment.

How It Compares to Dental Insurance

We want to address this question directly because it is the one patients ask most often.

If you have access to a good employer-sponsored dental plan with low premiums, reasonable coverage, and a wide network, that plan may still be the right choice for you. We accept most major insurance plans, Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and we are happy to work with patients who have insurance.

Brush365 is designed for patients who do not have that option. People who are self-employed. People whose employers do not offer dental benefits. People who are between jobs or recently retired. People whose insurance plan has such high premiums or such low coverage that it does not actually save money. People who have been on their own and putting off dental care because the cost felt unmanageable without a plan behind them.

For those patients, Brush365 is not a compromise. It is a better deal than most of the dental insurance products available on the individual market — with lower total cost, more transparency, no waiting periods, and no surprise denials.

What Brush365 Does Not Replace

We want to be honest about what Brush365 is not.

It is not major medical coverage. It does not cover the full cost of expensive procedures — it covers preventive care completely and discounts everything else at 15%. For patients who need significant restorative work, we also offer financing through CareCredit, Alpheon, and Proceed Finance so treatment costs can be spread over time.

Brush365 is the foundation. It ensures you are coming in regularly, your oral health is being maintained and monitored, and any treatment that comes up costs less than it otherwise would. Everything beyond that is a conversation we have with you honestly before anything is scheduled.
