As a first-time patient, I had such a great experience here! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My hygienist, Andrea, was amazing — so kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. Communication was open and honest throughout the whole visit, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had, and I’m so glad I found this office. Highly recommend!

The moment I decided to call Mint Hill Smiles to determine if I should switch dentists was the moment I knew it was a good choice for our family! From the prompt, consistent answers via texts, patient with all my questions regarding our boys' dental history, to such genuine attention during our initial visit yesterday, I know we're in the right place! Ashley Ann offered a tour of the office to our boys (ages 12, 10, 7) prior to their appointment, which helped. Each person had a specific, effective role in our visit ranging from front desk needs, financial questions, and dental care/plans. I felt like I was the only family in the office. I highly recommend this practice. What caught my attention to switch to this office was the stellar communication, meaningful questions from staff, and they are airway conscious! I'm staying here!

I’ve never been to a place where the ENTIRE staff is this nice and welcoming! I first came to Mint Hill Smiles with my father a few years back, and we had an amazing experience. He was seen by Dr. Shrestha, who is truly incredible, and because of her I decided to come here too. The professionalism is on a whole different level, but what really stands out is how welcoming everyone is. The front desk ladies are amazing! Dr. Marvelli is fantastic! I started my Invisalign journey here and have had to come often to show my progress, and every visit has been great. Chrissy, Giselle, and Jada (my girls) are so kind and always make me feel comfortable. I’ve also recently met Kelly and Alexa (dental hygienists), and they’ve been just as kind and attentive, they make sure I’m comfortable and explain everything clearly. Five stars are not enough, this is truly an amazing place with an amazing staff. They know what they’re doing and are great at explaining every step!

Top notch dental office and stellar team, from front reception, to the hygienist, to the dentists! I came in for the first time for an emergency visit and ended up needing a root canal! I've had bad dental experiences before and this is the only office I'll be going to for the foreseeable future! Everything was explained in a way I understand, I was comfortable, and each person I interacted with had the same level of enthusiasm and kindness. Dr. Kamodia was a miracle worker because she finally stopped a pain I'd been having for months other dentists couldn't help me with! Their finance team also is helpful with making sure you can cover their services, with or without insurance.

After my wife and I moved to the Charlotte area we needed to find a dentist we found one near our home but as it turned out they did not take our insurance. So, we started looking for a new dentist that would take our insurance and we found Mint Hill Smiles. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. On our first exam we saw Dr. Kamodia and she was great explained everything so that we understood what was going on. She formed a dental plan for our care and we knew what was going to happen and when it would happen. Everyone in the office is so polite and professional Mint Hill Smiles is the best!!!!

Beware. I went here, had full mouth xrays and a exam by a dentist. They told me that I had no problems and missed three cavities that the prior dentist I went to gave me pictures of. After I showed them the pictures of my cavities the next day, they found them. Be careful here. Message from Dental Office was "call the dentist". WHAT FOR? They missed three cavities. This is their business that they are not good at. Call them? For What?

I recently moved to Mint Hill and was looking for a new Dentist. Mint Hill Smiles' website was well developed and easy to navigate. Definitely a 5 star site. It was instrumental in me choosing this dental practice. But wait, there's more! When I came for my teeth cleaning and checkup I was greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff. I was also totally impressed with the advanced equipment and technology when I was given a tour of the office. I felt like everyone genuinely cared all the way from procedures to billing. This was my best dental office visit ever. I will be referring my wife to this office. Thank you Dr Johnson and staff!

First class dental experience! They set the bar very high for the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was welcomed & given an office tour, & a personalized gift bag. They roll out the red carpet for their patients. I went in for an airway consultation for my sleep & walked away feeling very confident in Dr Kamodia & her team.

Mint Hill Smiles goes above and beyond to make the dental experience a positive one for their customers. From the minute you walk in the door with the friendly receptionists to all of the comforts they offer like blankets, pillows, and Netflix viewing. The hygenists and dentists are all professionals and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend.

There are 3 different reviews from me. This was my first visit. Everyone is so nice and attentive. The first thing was the full xrays, then gums, finally the polishing. There was some things I wasn't aware of but I understand now that it was brought to my attention. So I think this was the most informative review I've ever had. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The advanced techniques made me aware of some places I need to be more active on. Trying to get my husband to change but we shall see. Mint Hill Smiles is such a good practice, with friendly staff, informative hygienist and Dr's. I had to reschedule my appointment last week and today I showed up early, but they got me in. So appreciative of them taking care of me. Come try them out and you could be part of a good thing!! 2/11/26. IVE BEEN ASKED TO NEVER RETURN! A staff member was rude to me! I called back later to speak to Dr Shresna but ended up leaving me name and number. Called back again and the lady who answered my call truly showed concern during our conversation. I did say I could just,, slap her, it's a southern thing and I would never touch her. That night Dr Maevelli called. Don't know her from. Adam and she doesn't know me. I explained what happened, she said she understood, apologized and said this individual must have had a bad day. 3 months later I called to cancel a crown that wasn't even hurting and check when my next cleaning was due. Later that day, I get a call from Dr Marvelli telling me they no longer wanted me as a patient and that the staff was scared of me! LOL So I guess it's ok for them to be RUDE to patients! Bless their little hearts!

Very professional atmosphere. From the time I walked in they made me feel like family. They explained everything answered any question I had and just made this one of the best dental experiments ever. I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10!

This practice was a treat to attend. I felt like I walked into a spa! Everyone was so friendly and you could tell they had thought through every detail of the patient experience. It was a well oiled machine! They welcomed me with a personalized gift, took time to get to know me, explained the care I was receiving and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with a choice of comfort items like a weighted blanket, Netflix, and Vaseline for my lips. I’m going to tell everyone I know to go here!

Was looking for a dentist with better a insurance match for us. Found this gem in Mint Hill. Looks a little like they skew a little bit towards kids, but they are full service with the newest technology even for more seasoned patients.

Overall the staff is very friendly. Appointments generally run right on time. It is usually a bit of a wait to actually get an appointment in my experience if you can’t take first available. They explain the cost of service and treatment plans transparently. I appreciate the convenience of being able to text for appointments / changes and the availability of extra items like a neck pillow.
