Brand new, exciting, startup general dental practice in Mint Hill, North Carolina. Expect motivated, interesting coworkers, community involvement in events, and a strong social media presence. Our practice will be using Open Dental practice management software, primarily paperless patient forms, online scheduling, and automated patient reminder and recall systems.
We expect our team members to communicate and connect with each of our patients on a personal level to create a positive, unique, and memorable experience for each person that walks in. Our team members learn new procedures and techniques quickly and follow written protocols with attention to detail on a daily basis.
We are looking for one full-time team member for the roll of Front Office Team and two Clinical Team Members for the roll of Dental Assistant. Our team members must be able to work some late days and some Saturdays.
Dental office experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary is based on motivation, and aggressive bonus system based on productivity will be implemented within six months.
DA: Must have passed North Carolina State Radiography requirements. Applications from both DAIs an DAIIs are acceptable!
